What's included in the Price?

Exterior and Roof. Avant Garde / Contemporary: Scandinavian softwood shiplap T&G cladding provides a great look which can be painted or left to weather naturally. We can also supply Thermowood or high quality Cedar cladding at an additional cost. The roofing for the Contemporary and Avant Garde models is environmentally friendly maintenance free one piece EPDM synthetic rubber membrane. PVC guttering comes as standard. Traditional: Pressure treated Feather Edge board is our standard external cladding which is attractive, practical and hardwearing and can be stained or painted to a colour of your choosing. We can also provide alternative claddings such as Shiplap or Cedar. Our standard roofing material is high quality Katepal brown octagonal heavy duty asphalt shingles. Each shingle is slightly shaded for added visual appeal. We can also fit Cedar shingles as an optional extra.

Interior. Our walls and roof space are either white painted MDF hardboard (standard) or clad in pine cladding (at additional cost) for a more natural look. Pine skirting boards are included as standard. The walls are insulated with a high performance waterproof insulation. A wireless motion sensor alarm with x 2 remote controls is included as standard.

Windows and doors. Opening windows are house specification double glazed units made by a leading UK manufacturer. We supply timber doors as standard, or can provide uPVC if required in a choice of colours. The wooden doors are double glazed (toughened glass) and the door frame is made from hardwood for additional longevity. Windows and doors are coated with high quality Ronseal wood stain. We can provide opening skylights for the Traditional design as an optional extra (45cm x 55cm, opening, double glazed, gas filled).

Floor covering. We supply carpet as standard fitted on underlay. You may prefer the practicality of laminate and we can provide a competitive price for this.
